Shipping Policy

Jas Essentials Shop processes orders 3-14 days. We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as the main shipping carrier. We ship on Thursdays and Mondays by 3 p.m central time (CT). Shipping delays may happen due to different circumstances, not under our control. Please order within a time frame keeping in mind that delays may occur within the USPS such as climate changes, Covid-19, etc. 

All packages will be tracked with a tracking number. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the USPS. We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please allow up to one week after notified delievered for the package to appear. At times USPS makes mistakes, if not go ahead, ask or call USPS customer service at 1 (800) 275-8777. USPS will make you create a claim. You may also go to your local post office for further assistance.
