Items are eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges ONLY if the item arrives damaged throughout shipment.

EXCHANGES

Jas Essentials Shop ONLY does exchanges to items that are NOT personalized. Unfortunately, when items are personalized with dates, names, or nicknames we cannot accept them. 

RETURNS and REFUNDS

Returns and refunds will NOT be done if package arrives late, Jas Essentials Shop ships within the timeframe agreed. If you would like a refund and the order has no personalization (e.g. name or date) has been done, the customer is RESPONSIBLE for the charge of a return label. Once the package is inspected and received, a refund will be issued.

Please note, any items purchased on SALE are FINAL SALE.
