I want to request a quote for a graduation topper. Where or how can I do that?

What are the toppers price range?

In my products, I show the price from cap designs I have previously done. If you have a different idea please message me. Usually prices range from $35 to $85. Prices vary on how, when and what you want in your grad cap topper. Please note, these are prices I have worked around in.

Do you do custom orders or work from a picture?

Customers are welcome to send a picture of ideas they have. I work with pictures as an INSPIRATION and to have the point accross from customer's ideas. BUT I will NOT copy the exact details from artist's work. Design and other details would be adjusted different in order for me not to copy.

How long does a personalized order take to be completed?

The order is processed within 3 to 14 days. Depends on the number of orders and time-frame the customers need their order. I will personally contact you with updates on the order.

Do you do local orders? How does it work and is there an extra charge?

Of course, I do. Local orders will have no extra fees as the customer will pick it up personally from me. How it works is I set the location and the customer meets at the address at a certain time that both of us agreed. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

I ship my items with USPS. If you chose the shipping method please let 3-14 days for your item to arrive.

Do you do rush orders?

Of course. Please let me know as soon as you place your order and note there will be an extra fee. I will always try my best to please my customers. Please be aware if you pick the shipping option, it is not under control how long shipping may take with the USPS carrier. My suggestion is for you to order in a timely manner at least 2-3 weeks in advance from the date you need it. In exchange, if you decide to pick up personally, I will try my best to accommodate you with my schedule. 

Is there a deposit to do and what payment formats are accepted?

Please note this is for grad caps and shadowboxes: I do require 50% deposits for orders $40 and over. Half deposits are non-refundable. If you do decide to go on note with half deposit it will subtracts from the total cost. Payments accepted are Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, or Paypal via the website.
